Exclusive Training Seminar with UFC Hall Of Famer Forrest Griffin:

NFC is bringing UFC Hall of Famer and former Light Heavyweight Champion Forrest Griffin to Gwinnett Training Academy for a training seminar on Friday, February 20 from 6 - 8 pm for an explosive, hands-on seminar.

First part of the seminar will be technique display and drilling. Second part will be conceptual, mental training and conversation. Third part will be a Q&A session.

The seminar is open to students of all gyms.

Capacity will be limited to 100 people. The first 50 registered at $75, the next 50 are $100.

NFC gloves and merchandise will be available for sale for Forrest to sign after the seminar.
